As the 2011-12 Archeworks Fellow, Fereshteh developed GARLIC & GREENS: accessible soul food stories, a series of programs showcasing the intersections between food heritage, migration history, social justice, the arts, and disability studies. This lecture is the culmination of her fellowship year, and the final talk in the 2011-12 Archeworks Sustainable Food & Design Lecture Series.
