Colophon

"Colophon" comes from a Greek word meaning 'a summit,' 'top,' 'finishing.' It is a description of the details and methods behind a publication, often found on the last few pages of a book.

Typography

The Propeller Fund logo was set in Avant Garde Gothic. Pages titles, sidebar titles and primary navigation also make use of Avant Garde Gothic. This site utilizes the @font-face tag to render out unique fonts. The body text for the site is set in Lucida Grande.

Design

Neoteric Design designed and developed the Propeller Fund brand and website. Neoteric redesigns websites with a focus on customer needs, site goals, ease of use and engaging design. The site redesign was launched in the spring of 2010.

Technical

We used Illustrator, Photoshop, and TextMate to create this site. The site runs on PHP. Content is maintained using Movable Type. The site is authored using HTML 5 and complies with web standards as set by the W3C.
